J. Patrick Fiore, Ph.D., has over 30 years of experience in leadership development and human relations. With a B.S. in Education, an M.Min. in Pastoral Studies and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development, Pat spent the first half of his career in pastoral ministry helping churches and non-profit organizations with personal coaching, leadership and team development, as well as strategic planning for organizations.

Aprecis Group was founded in 1995 by Mark Robinson, an entrepreneur who started his first business while still in H.S. While Pat was involved in the religious arena, Mark was involved in several successful business ventures.

The most recent is the Aprecis Group Master Planning Services™ which is a design-build firm dedicated to assisting churches and non-profit organizations in the development of the physical elements of their mission.

Mark and Pat have connected together to provide a “strategic partnership” with the intent to come alongside leaders and organizations. The goal is to “facilitate their success” and become “a leader’s best friend”. They came together with a vision for helping individuals and organizations find new insight and success through change.

With a combined 50+ years of experience in the training and consulting business, Aprecis Group Leadership Services™ has worked with organizations across the country to help individuals find meaning in change and pursue new levels of personal and professional development, as well as provide assistance to create healthy and growing organizations.
